Hi, I'm Jenna and I'm an artist, graphic designer, and storyteller living near the west coast of Florida. I have a BA in Visual Arts and minor in Psychology from Southeastern University. I started painting as a child and grew passionate about it as a teenager when it became a way for me to express my lifelong battle with chronic pain and illness that couldn’t be expressed with words alone. I primarily focus on creating acrylic, oil, and watercolor paintings in an abstract expressionist style through an intuitive process. I also create illustrations of flora and fauna as a way to explore the intersection between my spiritual life and the material world. My art often expresses and explores themes of suffering, beauty, healing, growth, redemption, time, and the longing for eternity. I am passionate about how art can cultivate connection and restoration. When I'm not making art, I love to read, knit, meet new people, worship with my guitar, go for contemplative walks, and photograph any interesting plants and animals I see along the way. My current dreams for the future are to keep sharing the goodness of God through my fine art and to write and illustrate children's books.
