This painting of an abstract landscape titled “He Restores My Soul” was a reminder to me that though I’ve been walking through a long season of feeling stuck in the middle, left behind in the waiting, or forgotten in the barrenness, I know God will bring fruit and make good from all that seems dead now. In the unseen, He’s working, He’s growing new life, and someday soon something new and beautiful will bloom out of all the sorrow, suffering, and pain. This is not the end; He restores my soul.
